About the Founder, Sam Lee
Integra Aerospace was born from a desire to create a company within the industry that stands out for driving innovation in the training world. Sam has been described as a visionary and enthusiastic trainer who began life in aviation as teenager washing aircraft in return for flying time.
Gaining his Commercial pilots license, Sam, in parallel to flight training, also undertook a maintenance apprenticeship before working at a small aerial survey outfit in the U.K. flying Twin Aero Commanders and fixing them between flights.
Sam later joined a global brand to become a technical instructor, specialising in teaching aircraft engineering students before taking on the role of Development Manager and overseeing the organisation's compliance training.
This led to Sam desiring to start his own company. A company that could innovate and deliver something not seen in the maintenance world – blended learning, knowing the great benefits that afforded organisations.
Integra Aerospace, and subsequently the Safety Lifestyle program, was born out of a desire to engage with individuals and organisations in a different way to what has been an industry norm for many years.
We create training that is engaging and interactive, blending together the best of both the online training world and the physical classroom.
